What is it?

Bootcamp aims to fulfil people with a fun, exciting and ever changing exercise program that incorporates a full body workout.

Where can you train?

The training are outdoors where we use obstacle like stairwells, hills, park benches to create a training session based around body weight exercises to maximize training benefit. Every training is unique and different giving your body an intense and effective workout.

What is body weight training?

It is a simple, safe and effective training which incorporates strength, cardio and core muscle training.

Company Bootcamp


Bootcamp is very popular with company’s which use it for overall fitness, wellbeing and team building for their employees. It is a cost effective way to keep employees fit and healthy.

Small group training


The size of the class ranges from 2-5 using the same concepts as bootcamp. Pull a group of friends together to get a fun, exciting, unique and challenging training.
